By accessing or using VibeKit ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
VibeKit is an AI-powered cloud IDE that provides automated code generation, deployment, hosting, and database services. The Service is accessible via web dashboard, Telegram bot, CLI, and REST API.
Features include AI agent-assisted development, container-based app hosting, custom domain support, shared Postgres databases, real-time collaboration, deploy history and rollback, and push notifications.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, including API keys and OAuth tokens. You must not share your API keys with unauthorized parties. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including activity by AI agents acting on your behalf.
VibeKit offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may also purchase credit balance for pay-as-you-go usage. Credits do not expire. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.
You agree not to use the Service to:
You retain ownership of code and content you create using the Service. VibeKit does not claim ownership of your projects. However, you grant VibeKit a limited license to host, deploy, serve, and back up your content as necessary to provide the Service.
VibeKit integrates with third-party AI providers (such as Anthropic and OpenAI). When you provide your own API keys, requests are made directly to those providers under their terms. VibeKit is not responsible for third-party API availability, pricing changes, or content policies.
AI agents operate on your behalf within your app workspace. You are responsible for reviewing and approving actions taken by agents, including code changes and deployments.
Your app code, environment variables, and database contents are stored on our infrastructure. We take reasonable measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security. Environment variables and API keys are encrypted at rest.
We do not sell your data to third parties. We may collect anonymized usage metrics to improve the Service. AI conversation history is stored to provide chat continuity and may be used to improve the platform experience.
You may invite others to collaborate on your apps. As the app owner, you are responsible for managing collaborator access and permissions. Collaborators can interact with your app's AI agent and view app data according to their assigned role.
VibeKit is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of significant changes.
Apps are subject to resource limits based on your plan, including container memory, storage, number of apps, and session quotas. We may suspend apps that exceed their allocated resources. Idle containers may be automatically stopped to conserve resources.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your containers will be stopped and your data may be deleted after a 30-day grace period. You may delete your account at any time through the dashboard.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VibeKit and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via the dashboard or email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
